About the role
Alina Group Jordan LLC is expanding and opening its new offices in Amman. We are looking for a talented Mobile App Developer to join our growing team and build high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will work closely with our design, product, and backend teams to deliver outstanding mobile experiences.
Tasks
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, accessible web interfaces
- Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with front-end components
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
- Optimize web applications for performance, SEO, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues across browsers and devices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Stay current with Next.js, React, and modern front-end development trends
Requirements
**Must-Have Requirements**
**Please apply only if you fully meet all of the following:**
- 2–3 years of professional experience in front-end web development
- 2–3 years of hands-on professional experience with Next.js and React
- Proven track record building and shipping production web applications (professional work environments — academic projects do not qualify)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
**Additional Requirements**
- Advanced English communication skills — our work environment operates fully in English
- Must be comfortable working on-site at our new Amman offices (not a remote position)
- Jordanian national (residency requirement for this role)
- Compensation aligned with the Jordanian local market
