About the role
SWOT Hospitality is excited to announce an opening for a
Front Office Agent
at KOA by Kyma New York, located in the beautiful island of Paros.
Requirements
As a Front Office Agent, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude during check-in and check-out processes.
- Managing reservations, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
- Processing payments and verifying guest identification according to hotel policy.
- Assisting guests with requests, offering concierge services including booking transportation and recommending local attractions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining a tidy front desk area and ensuring all front office procedures adhere to hotel policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, FIDELIO) is preferred.
- Customer-focused approach with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
