Job Title: Front Office

Job Type: Staff Level

Reports To: Supervisor/Property Manager

Role Purpose: Welcoming guests warmly, assisting with the check-in and check-out process, and providing friendly and courteous service in meeting all guest needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate service to guests
  • Assisting with the check-in and check-out process
  • Handling complaints and fulfilling guest requests
  • Facilitating communication between guests and relevant departments within the company, and providing necessary information
  • Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of the front area and front desk

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Previous experience working as a front office/receptionist
  • Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A) will be a plus point
  • Proficient in English
  • Pleasant appearance
  • Familiar with using computer
  • Good guest relations and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, honest, and detail-oriented
