Key responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office Crew and create a fun, motivated, high-performing environment
• Deliver next-level guest experiences with confidence, personality, and authenticity
• Own the daily operation of the Front Office and make things happen smoothly
• Handle guest requests, challenges, and surprises like a true host
• Collaborate with all departments to keep the Moxy energy flowing
• Drive service excellence while staying true to the playful Moxy spirit
• Train, coach, and empower the team to think differently and act boldly
• Ensure Marriott brand standards are met with style

Requirements

• A natural people person with leadership skills and positive energy
• Experienced in Front Office operations within hospitality
• Passionate about lifestyle hospitality and guest engagement
• Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
• Tech-savvy and familiar with Opera PMS
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Flexible, proactive, and ready to lead from the fron
