FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

As a Front Office Supervisor, you are responsible for the full flow of the Front Office and ensure that every guest experiences a smooth check-in and check-out. You provide all the information they need and brighten their stay with your warm, friendly service. You motivate and coach the team with great enthusiasm, making sure everyone is ready to deliver the high level of service our guests expect. The Front Office Manager can always rely on you. You support with scheduling, internal and external communication, and actively contribute to the daily Front Office operation. Every shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality and use your creativity to surprise guests and exceed expectations.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE ?

• You have completed a relevant vocational education and bring at least 1 year of Front Office experience in a similar role.

• You are proactive, creative and a natural team player.

• You enjoy working hard and are not afraid to take responsibility.

• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.

• You are flexible in working hours; mornings, evenings or nights all work for you.

• Knowledge of Opera is a great plus.
