We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take a leading role in shaping these experiences, someone who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.

What You’ll Do

As part of a cross-functional squad, you’ll work with autonomy to design, build, and deliver high-quality frontend solutions. You’ll play a key role in both hands-on development and team leadership.

• Design and build scalable, maintainable frontend architecture using modern technologies

• Develop high-quality, testable code using best practices and modern patterns

• Project Leadership: Act as the technical lead on major features and products, guiding the development lifecycle from initial discovery to final deployment.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and external partners

• Client Collaboration: Confidently interface with clients to gather requirements, lead technical briefings, and translate complex business needs into actionable development roadmaps.

• Take ownership of features from concept through to production

• Mentor and support other engineers, helping them grow and succeed

• Champion best practices in performance, accessibility, and developer experience

• Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and technologies

• Oversee releases across all environments (Dev, Test, Staging, Production)

• Manage dependencies and coordinate work across teams

What You Bring

You’re a strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys solving complex problems at scale.

Expert in:

• React and component-based architecture

• TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Semantic HTML and modern CSS

• Responsive design and cross-browser/device testing

• Git and version control workflows

• REST and GraphQL integrations

• Working with third-party tools (e.g. video platforms)

• Writing clear technical documentation

Comfortable with:

• Package and dependency management (NPM)

• Build tools (e.g. Rollup, Gulp)

• Automated testing practices

• Performance optimisation techniques

• Accessibility standards (WCAG)

• SEO best practices

• CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

• SSO integrations (e.g. OIDC)

• Experience leading engineers or managing performance and development
