Job Description
We are seeking a talented Frontend Solution Engineer to join our Engineering department in the office in Porto or fully remote from anywhere in Portugal. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing user-friendly web applications and interfaces. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
What you will do: * Create and improve components for our clients ever growing CMS * Work in an agile scrum team closely together with our client * Identify and solve bugs in big existing systems * Propose improvements in regular team retros * Proudly present your work in the reviews with stakeholders
Requirements
- What we expect:
- +3 years of professional experience as a frontend engineer
- At least 2 years experience with component based development
- Experience building and maintaining reusable design systems
- Solid knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML 5, CSS 3 and JavaScript
- Experience working with Typescript
- Proficient English skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
- Experience building with web components - Nice to have
- Experience with Lit - Nice to have
- Experience with cloud based computing (Azure or AWS) - Nice to have
- Previous experience working with the pharmaceutical and finance industry is a plus
- German language skills would be a plus
- Experience with web accessibility (a11y) principles and passionate to build inclusive digital experiences - Nice to have
