That’s where you come in.</p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Fruit &amp; Veg Quality Coordinator</strong> who acts as the link between the Fruit and Vegetables Quality Inspectors and the wider organisation, and helps maintain smooth and consistent quality operations. You’ll join a professional Quality team within the wider Fruit &amp; Veg unit, working closely with Operations, Commercial, Customer Success, and suppliers.</p> <h2>What you’ll do</h2> <p><strong>Quality Process</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitoring product quality performance, trends and customer feedback</p> </li> <li> <p>Consolidate quality insights and follow up on recurring issues</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist in escalating structural concerns to suppliers or internal teams</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Communication &amp; Alignment</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Share weekly quality updates with Quality Inspectors, Operations and Commercial</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as a first point of contact for operational questions regarding quality expectations</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare clear summaries and materials for internal meetings or supplier discussions</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Planning &amp; Daily Structure</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate daily priorities for Quality inspectors and ensure smooth task execution</p> </li> <li> <p>Support onboarding, guidance and alignment of Quality team members</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Improvements</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Help refine and document quality workflows and routines</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and consistency in daily operations</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Product sampling &amp; competitor benchmarking</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate sampling activities (ordering, preparation, follow-up)</p> </li> <li> <p>Be able to analyse quality issues directly on the product, identifying the root cause</p> </li> <li> <p>Consolidate results and help identify areas requiring further attention</p> </li> </ul> <h2>About you</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Safety and Quality Management or related field is preferred&nbsp;</li> <li> <p>Minimum 2 years of experience in Fruit &amp; Veg quality or a closely related field</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organisational and coordination skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication abilities; clear, structured and objective</p> </li> <li> <p>Curious and willing to learn about fruit &amp; veg quality processes and supply chains</p> </li> <li> <p>Hands-on, proactive, solutions-focused attitude</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus</p> </li> <li>Working location is in our Distribution Centre in Geldermalsen</li> <li> <p>Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Picnic Perks</h2> <section id="" class="relative block text"> <ul> <li><strong class="text-green1 list-item-text">Free Fresh Meal,&nbsp;</strong>Coffee, and Snacks: Enjoy meals prepared by our chefs, plus coffee and snacks to keep your energy up.</li> <li><strong class="text-green1 list-item-text">Lease Car and Travel Allowance:&nbsp;</strong>Lease car available for commutes &gt;15 km.
