<p>As a <strong>Fuel Desk Operations</strong> <strong>Coordinator,</strong> you will be responsible for handling the daily operational tasks for the Fuel Desk Department. You will maintain client relationships and provide ongoing education and customer service.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a portfolio of fuel clients focusing on fuel card usage and growth</li>
<li>Provide industry leading customer support and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Develop client relationship to educate and inform customers of how to optimize the value of the OTR fuel program</li>
<li>Work with different departments to improve features and processes</li>
<li>Become an expert at servicing customers using our partnership platforms</li>
<li>Maintain current knowledge on Fuel Desk program and strategies</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor's degree in business or related field</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities</li>
<li>Strong Customer Service skills</li>
</ul>
