About the role
<p>In the Professional Services (PS) area, our Full Stack team is essential in delivering innovative communication solutions for the most strategic and high-potential accounts. As a team focused on creating conversational interfaces via the Blip Platform, we are looking for a developer with a passion for technology and customer service. This role stands out for its importance in PS, requiring not only technical knowledge but also excellent communication skills to transform our customers' needs into impact full solutions.</p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work on building and maintaining chatbots using the Blip Platform (lowcode);</li>
<li>Communicate with customers to gain a technical understanding of business rules in a consultative manner, providing insights and impact analyses;</li>
<li>Collaborate with conversational designers and the product team in making decisions about Chatbot solutions;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Key Requirements: </h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience and proficiency in programming logic;</li>
<li>Experience and proficiency in best development practices in .NET C# and JavaScript (minimum 1-2 years);</li>
<li>Experience and proficiency in development practices in REST APIs (minimum 1-2 years);</li>
<li>Experience and ability in dealing with customers to understand business requirements (Client Facing);</li>
<li>Experience with different design patterns, best development practices and SOLID principles;</li>
<li>Experience and practice in code review;</li>
<li>Experience and proficiency in version control tools (Gitflow);</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with complex technical challenges;</li>
</ul>
<p>It will be a plus if you have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with the Blip Platform or other low-code solutions for building chat bots;</li>
<li>Experience with React or Node.Js;</li>
<li>Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deploy (CD) using Azure DevOps;</li>
<li>Experience with agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban);</li>
