Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Technology team in building CUSP (CREA Unified Selling Platform), along with new products, apps, and services on our roadmap. The role is frontend-leaning, working primarily in React/TypeScript on the front end and Python/Go on the backend. AI tooling is central to how we build, and the engineer in this role will be expected to drive its adoption across the team — shaping how it is used, not simply using it. 

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend delivery — design, build, and maintain web interfaces in React/TypeScript across internal tools and brand-facing products and set the quality bar for the team.
• Contribute to backend systems — extend our Python (Django) and Go services, APIs, and integrations connecting marketplaces, ERPs, and our internal platform.
• Drive AI-native development — integrate LLM capabilities into products where they add genuine value and use AI coding tools and reviewers (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, VSCode) as a force multiplier across the team's workflow.
• Collaborate on infrastructure — partner with the Head of Tech on DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), and Kubernetes deployments on AWS EKS.
• Mentor and innovate — support junior engineers, conduct meaningful code reviews, and help evolve our SDLC through tooling, standards, and workflows that scale. 

Qualifications

• Frontend depth — 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong React, TypeScript, and CSS expertise.
• Backend competence — proficiency in Python and/or Go, REST API design, SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and AWS services.
• AI as a main driver — AI-assisted development tools are core to how you work, and you have a clear perspective on how to use them effectively.
• Infrastructure literacy — experience with containerised deployments; Docker, Kubernetes, or EKS familiarity is preferred.
• Delivery mindset — able to scope your own work, make sensible trade-offs between quality and output, prioritise across multiple projects, and communicate progress clearly.
• High ownership — takes initiative, pushes back when needed, and sees work through to completion.
• Bonus — familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), Odoo ERP, or Akeneo PIM; experience with deployment platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or Supabase.
