Full Stack Engineer – (Angular / C# / Azure / Solidity)

Job Description:

Emerging technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), cloud, and API-driven ecosystems are reshaping financial market infrastructures. Euroclear seeks to seize these opportunities to develop innovative products, services, and capabilities that address market inefficiencies and strengthen its position as a leading financial market infrastructure provider. 

The Innovation Tribe within IT is the delivery arm of these game-changing digital capabilities across business lines and entities. To support our growth and ambitions, we are reinforcing the team with a Full Stack Engineer with experience or strong interest in DLT, working in a fast-paced and truly agile environment. 

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to building end-to-end digital asset solutions, combining Angular frontend development, C# backend services, and Azure cloud capabilities, while integrating with blockchain and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and engineers to design and deliver innovative features aligned with business needs 
• Build and maintain backend services in C# (.NET), exposing robust and secure APIs
• Develop and enhance Angular-based user interfaces, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability
• Integrate applications with DLT / blockchain platforms, enabling interaction with digital asset services
• Design and consume REST APIs and event-driven services, supporting internal and external integrations
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices 
• Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and platform stability
• Ensure solutions are secure and compliant, following internal security standards and guidelines  
• Collaborate with DevOps and GTS teams to support CI/CD pipelines and Azure cloud deployments
• Participate in technical design discussions, ensuring alignment with platform architecture and standards
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies, especially in DLT, cloud, and API ecosystems

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer / Engineer
• Frontend expertise:
  • Angular (preferred)
  • TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Backend expertise:
  • C# / .NET ecosystem
  • API development (REST, Microservices)
• Experience working with Azure cloud services and DevOps tooling
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies 
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and integration services
• Knowledge or experience in DLT, blockchain, or digital asset platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with smart contracts (Solidity) or blockchain frameworks
• Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging systems)
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Knowledge of financial services or market infrastructure
