An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p> <p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python, React,&nbsp;TypeScript, and modern web technologies.</li> <li>Build, enhance, and maintain backend APIs and services using FastAPI or similar&nbsp;Python frameworks.</li> <li>Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly frontend applications using React and&nbsp;Next.js.</li> <li>Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance,&nbsp;reliability, and data integrity.</li> <li>Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization systems using Auth0 or&nbsp;equivalent OIDC/JWT and RBAC solutions.</li> <li>Deploy, monitor, and support applications within AWS cloud environments.</li> <li>Manage and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure components, including EC2, RDS, IAM,&nbsp;Application Load Balancers (ALB), and CloudWatch.</li> <li>Participate in infrastructure planning and cloud architecture discussions to improve&nbsp;scalability, security, and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and support branch-based&nbsp;deployment workflows.</li> <li>Containerize and deploy applications using Docker.</li> <li>Monitor application health, performance, and reliability, identifying and resolving&nbsp;production issues proactively.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver&nbsp;high-quality solutions.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices, coding standards,&nbsp;and technical documentation.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives across application architecture,&nbsp;infrastructure, and development processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.</li> <li>Strong experience developing production applications using Python.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.</li> <li>Solid experience with SQL and PostgreSQL database design and optimization.</li> <li>Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.</li> <li>Experience building applications with Next.js, preferably using the App Router&nbsp;architecture.</li> <li>Hands-on experience working with AWS infrastructure and cloud-hosted production&nbsp;environments.</li> <li>Experience with AWS services, including:<br>○ EC2<br>○ RDS<br>○ IAM<br>○ Application Load Balancer (ALB)<br>○ CloudWatch</li> <li>Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including networking, security,&nbsp;monitoring, and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Experience implementing authentication and authorization using Auth0 or equivalent&nbsp;OIDC/JWT-based identity platforms and RBAC models.</li> <li>Experience working with Docker containers.</li> <li>Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Git workflows and branch-based deployment processes.</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full application stack.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Professional-level English proficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with OpenTelemetry or other observability and monitoring platforms.</li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform.</li> <li>Experience with AWS networking, VPC configuration, and cloud security best practices.</li> <li>Experience integrating Stripe billing systems, subscriptions, and webhook-driven&nbsp;workflows.</li> <li>Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.</li> <li>Exposure to distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or microservices.</li> <li>Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive applications.</li> </ul> <div lang="EN-US"> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Salary range offered for this part-time position (20hrs/week) varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">This position is for an independent contractor,&nbsp;through a payroll platform.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval <strong>&gt;</strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>&gt;</strong> Complete an Assessment <strong>&gt;
