About the Role:

We're looking for a problem-solving full stack engineer to build new products and scale our systems. Our success depends on our ability to quickly iterate on products while ensuring they’re performant and reliable.

We value engineers who take initiative, demonstrate strong product instincts, and maintain a user-centric focus in their work.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a team to design, build, and iterate on innovative audio/video product features

• Work with our product team to translate user needs and research insights into scalable product solutions

• Integrate advanced audio/video capabilities into our core offerings

• Shape the technical roadmap for our media initiatives

• Build scalable agentic systems for content creation

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a proven track record of shipping impactful, user-focused products

• Excels in environments with ambiguity and rapid change, turning complex requirements into practical, elegant solutions; operates proactively and can quickly learn new technologies and share your insights with your team

• Has full-stack range across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with a track record of close collaboration with product and design teams.

• Makes decisions with a product-driven mindset — you weigh usability and user control just as heavily as technical sophistication

Strong Candidates May Also Have:

• Experience building or supporting audio/video infrastructure at scale

• Working knowledge of evaluation practices — automated testing, regression suites, and human review loops — to keep systems reliable in production.

• Can design and ship agentic systems — multi-step pipelines, tool-calling agents, memory-backed assistants, or the like.

• Is confident reasoning about multi-modal inputs (text, image, video) and how they come together in a real product experience.

• Has familiarity with orchestrating models, APIs, and external tools, including graceful handling of retries, fallbacks, and edge cases.

• Experience with audio processing tools such as ffmpeg

• Experience with Postgres
