Your role at Hostinger
Join Hostinger's Delivery Automation team as a Senior Full Stack Automation Engineer. You'll build the internal platforms, tools, and AI agents that make our developers more productive, speed up software delivery, and take the manual, repetitive work off teams across the company.
It's a high impact role on a small, senior team. Our mission is to engineer the future of work by finding, building, and scaling automation that frees teams from the busywork so they can focus on what actually matters. You'll own real surface area from day one, designing automation that removes friction for engineers and shipping tools that people enjoy using, backed by solid backend systems.
A lot of what we do is AI and agent based. We build and run DEX, our internal Slack AI assistant that lets employees find information, get tasks done, and work with internal systems right from Slack. We also build Hex, our autonomous coding agent that takes a well scoped engineering task and comes back with a reviewable pull request. Building AI agents and LLM powered workflows is a core part of this job, not a side experiment.
Your work will reach Product, Engineering, and beyond. You'll give developers reliable self-service tools, help teams stop doing repetitive work, and keep Hostinger running at scale. You'll work closely with people across the company to understand their problems, design solutions that hold up, and keep adopting new technology (AI included) to improve how we build and ship.

Your day-to-day
Design, build, and maintain full-stack automation tools and internal platforms that cut manual work and connect systems across engineering and the wider company.
Work on our AI agents and LLM powered workflows, contributing to DEX and Hex and building new agent capabilities.
Improve developer experience and delivery: CI/CD pipelines, deployment previews, GitHub and repository automation, and faster paths from a code change to validation.
Build integrations across Slack, Jira, GitHub, SonarQube, and our CI/CD platforms, with notifications and self-service workflows that are genuinely useful and not noisy.
Create internal UIs and dashboards for monitoring, reporting, and visibility.
Look at how teams actually work, spot automation opportunities, and turn recurring problems into reusable solutions instead of one-off scripts.
Keep the systems we own reliable, scalable, and documented so they don't depend on one person's head.
Your skills and experience
3+ years as a Full Stack Developer (Node.js and TypeScript preferred) with strong backend work.
Good grasp of API design, data pipelines, databases, and frontend development (Vue or similar).
Some experience building or integrating AI and LLM tools or agent workflows (LLM APIs, agents, MCP, retrieval), or real enthusiasm to get there quickly.
Familiarity with developer tooling like GitHub Actions and CI/CD, and workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier, is a plus.
Comfortable working with non-engineering teams to build tools people will actually use.
You're proactive, you do well with ambiguity, and you like solving problems that make other people's work easier.
Benefits for you
