Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.</p> <h3><strong>What is this opportunity?</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Full Stack Engineer</strong> to join <strong>our innovation team</strong> — a small, high-autonomy group focused on discovering and building Eleos’s next growth engines.</p> <p>This is a <strong>startup-within-a-startup</strong> opportunity: you’ll help take early ideas from 0→1, validate them quickly in the market, and shape what could become the company’s next major product line.</p> <p>We move fast and operate in ambiguity — but we do it with care. You’ll build lean, production-ready prototypes that can evolve into scalable solutions, balancing speed with technical soundness. Our goal is to move fast without breaking things that matter.</p> <p>You’ll collaborate closely with Eleos’s R&amp;D, Product, and Data teams, ensuring your experiments align with the company’s architecture, principles, and long-term direction.</p> <h3><strong>Who are you?</strong></h3> <p>You’re a <strong>builder at heart</strong> — someone who loves turning rough ideas into working products. You’re comfortable switching between backend, frontend, data, DevOps, or QA if that’s what it takes to move forward.</p> <p>You thrive in uncertainty but know when to pause and build things the right way. You understand how to make pragmatic trade-offs between time to market and maintainability.</p> <p>You enjoy working independently, but you also value alignment and collaboration with the broader engineering organization to ensure what you build can grow sustainably.</p> <h3><strong>How will you contribute?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build and deliver end-to-end prototypes and MVPs across varied tech stacks — from web apps to AI-driven tools.<br><br></li> <li>Balance <strong>speed and craftsmanship</strong>: build for learning, but with an architecture that allows scaling if the experiment succeeds.<br><br></li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Data, and R&amp;D peers to validate hypotheses, integrate with existing systems, and share learnings.<br><br></li> <li>Take ownership from ideation to delivery — including scoping, development, and feedback loops.<br><br></li> <li>Contribute to a culture of experimentation, pragmatism, and technical excellence.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer.<br><br></li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>React</strong> (or similar modern frontend frameworks) and <strong>Node.js / FastAPI / equivalent</strong> on the backend.<br><br></li> <li>Solid understanding of data models, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud infrastructure.<br><br></li> <li>Strong system design instincts, you know how to build for flexibility and speed without leaving chaos behind.<br><br></li> <li>Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-changing environment and collaborating across teams.<br><br></li> <li>Proficiency with AI-coding tools and rapid prototyping.<br><br></li> <li>Bonus: experience with AI integrations and browser extensions.<br><br></li> </ul>
