<p>Own critical systems—design, build, and scale them.</p>
<p>Work directly with manufacturers to ensure our tools solve real problems.</p>
<p>Operate in high-agency mode—if it needs doing, you do it.</p>
<p><strong>Technical Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>Frontend Expertise:<br> - Experience in web development with a strong focus on frontend engineering.<br> - Expert-level proficiency in React, Javascript/Typescript, Redux, and TailwindCSS.<br> - Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, component-based development, and best practices.<br> - Experience designing highly complex frontends from the ground-up with re-usable component design.<br> - Experience with Three.js or other 3D web-based visualization frameworks.<br> - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with an ability to implement clean and intuitive interfaces.<br> - Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques, accessibility, and responsive design.</p>
<p>Full Stack/Backend Experience (Nice to Have):<br> - Proficiency with backend technologies in languages such as Python or Node.js.<br> - Experience designing and working with APIs (e.g. REST and/or gRPC)<br> - Understanding of database design and querying with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and/or DynamoDB<br> - Familiarity with background task processing frameworks such as Celery.</p>
<p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong><br> - Background in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial software.<br> - Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for UI/UX collaboration.<br> - Experience with Next.js or other SSR/SSG frameworks.<br> - Knowledge of WebAssembly (WASM) or Rust for frontend performance optimization.<br> - Experience building scalable, high-performance backend systems for web-based applications.<br> - Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and C++.<br> - Strong experience with gRPC with Protocol Buffers and RESTful API design.<br> - Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB), and caching strategies (Redis).<br> - Proficiency in building event-driven, distributed systems using Celery, Kafka, or AWS SQS.<br> - Experience designing and implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and authentication systems (OAuth, Cognito, JWT).</p>
<p><strong>Salary & Compensation:</strong></p>
<p>- Salary range: $120,000-$200,000 (based on YoE)<br>- Equity: stock option grant</p>
