<p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a hands-on engineering role within a consulting environment, working directly with clients to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Fullstack Engineer within our Sydney team, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of modern applications using both traditional and AI-augmented engineering practices. You will work across frontend and backend components, participate in code reviews, and develop scalable and maintainable solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation for major Australian enterprises.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You’ll be joining an AI-first engineering organisation, where GitHub Copilot, internal tooling, and prompt-driven development accelerate delivery and elevate engineering quality. You will be trained to work with AI as part of your daily development workflow.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role gives you the opportunity to take ownership of your work, influence technical decisions, and contribute directly to how solutions are designed and delivered. As this is a consulting role, you’ll engage directly with clients, gather requirements, work with stakeholders, and communicate technical solutions effectively.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
