You’ll work on end-to-end product development; from shaping ideas to deploying production-ready MVPs.</p> <p data-start="512" data-end="814">You’ll collaborate with a small, experienced engineering team that values autonomy, clear thinking, and shipping great work.This is a hands-on role suited to engineers who like variety, care about product outcomes, and enjoy building things that move quickly from concept to real-world use.</p> <p><strong data-start="149" data-end="167"><br>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul data-start="168" data-end="837"> <li data-start="168" data-end="250">Build and launch web applications and MVPs for Woodside’s portfolio companies.</li> <li data-start="251" data-end="339">Collaborate within a small, fast-moving scrum team to deliver high-quality products.</li> <li data-start="340" data-end="449">Work across the stack — from frontend interfaces to backend infrastructure — depending on your strengths.</li> <li data-start="450" data-end="537">Participate in daily standups, weekly engineering syncs, and “show and tell” demos.</li> <li data-start="538" data-end="633">Contribute to architecture and system design discussions with the broader engineering team.</li> <li data-start="634" data-end="765">Leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies — including LLMs, Claude Code, and Cursor — to solve complex engineering problems.</li> <li data-start="766" data-end="837">Take ownership of features end-to-end, from ideation to deployment.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-start="848" data-end="874">What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul data-start="875" data-end="1568"> <li data-start="875" data-end="994">3+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.</li> <li data-start="875" data-end="994">Solid understanding of&nbsp;AWS, Python, and modern DevOps practices.</li> <li data-start="1072" data-end="1175">Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, FastAPI, Next.js, and Terraform.</li> <li data-start="1176" data-end="1248">Proven ability to work autonomously in a small, results-driven team.</li> <li data-start="1249" data-end="1339">Strong product mindset — comfortable working through ambiguity and building MVPs fast.</li> <li data-start="1340" data-end="1393">Excellent collaboration and communication skills.</li> <li data-start="1394" data-end="1476">For one seat: frontend-leaning full stack engineer with a strong design sense.</li> <li data-start="1477" data-end="1568">For the other seat: backend-leaning full stack engineer with systems design experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-start="1579" data-end="1595">Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul data-start="1596" data-end="1942"> <li data-start="1596" data-end="1661">Experience working in startups or small, high-autonomy teams.</li> <li data-start="1662" data-end="1757">Interest in AI and enthusiasm for leveraging new technologies to build innovative products.</li> <li data-start="1758" data-end="1865">Background in consumer or enterprise tech companies known for engineering rigor (e.g., Stripe, Airbnb).</li> <li data-start="1866" data-end="1942">Experience scaling systems or contributing to distributed architectures.</li> </ul>
