About the role
As an PHP Engineer, you will:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Symfony, PHP 7.4+, and NEST
- Ensure seamless integration and compatibility with MariaDB 10.3
- Implement and maintain frontend components using jQuery, Bootstrap, and Smartie Template
- Contribute to building stable, secure, and maintainable applications
- Support performance optimization and continuous improvements
- Collaborate on long-term platform development within a fintech environment
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions
- Contribute to a collaborative and agile working environment
- Ensure clear communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
- Several years of professional experience in software development
- Strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension skills
- Hands-on experience with Symfony and NEST
- Experience with MariaDB, jQuery, Bootstrap, Smartie Template
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- EU residency and B2B work eligibility
