<p>Base Salary Range: $100k-$130k</p> <p><strong>BlueCherry (Fashion ERP) Functional Consultant</strong></p> <p>With end-to-end capabilities, BlueCherry software enables many of the world’s most recognized fashion and apparel companies to manage critical business transactions and concept-to-consumer processes to improve speed to market, gain greater process visibility and control, increase productivity and operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance competitiveness.</p> <p><em>Travel on-site to clients as needed</em></p> <p><strong>Summary Overview:</strong></p> <p>CGS Functional Consultants combine their industry experience, business process, and application expertise to deliver a right sized solution to our clients. Functional Consultants are responsible for communicating updates to the Project Manager regarding progress, accomplishments, and project risks. This role requires a consultant to be comfortable in client-facing environments and be able to communicate on all levels of the project. These team members are responsible for the implementation of our BlueCherry application &amp; are considered application specialists to our organization and clients alike.</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct business process review meetings with clients to understand requirements for design, sourcing, logistics, sales, inventory, customer service, finance, and related areas</li> <li>Implementation projects using standard methodology &amp; industry best practices</li> <li>Document our clients’ current processes and define to-be processes</li> <li>Configure a customer driven solution to meet our clients’ business objectives</li> <li>Lead our clients in identifying business challenges and develop solution requirements in the data conversion process, data validation, and integration between systems</li> <li>Proactively report to project manager and project team on project progress and issues</li> <li>Provide training to client staff on system functional features and capabilities</li> <li>Document training material as needed</li> <li>Work with contracts, third-party vendors, and other divisions collaboratively</li> <li>Provide leadership and assistance on assigned implementation projects across the organization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Dedication to quality delivery</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to teach &amp; train clients for successful adoption of a new platform or tool</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills &amp; organizational skills</li> <li>Demonstrated history of building relationships with a strong customer service focus</li> <li>Discipline needed to achieve daily &amp; weekly tasks while adhering to delivery deadlines</li> <li>Keen attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines and under pressure</li> <li>Demonstrated high level of professionalism, critical thinking, and credibility</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution</li> <li>3-8 years of experience in Fashion, Apparel, Footwear</li> <li>Experience with systems – specifically ERP, PLM, Warehousing, B2B/B2C eCommerce, Supply Chain applications and Integrations between various systems</li> <li>Proven success in leading, collaborating, and contributing to a team-oriented environment</li> <li>Determined ability to keep people motivated</li> <li>Recognized ability to work creatively and logically in a problem-solving environment</li> <li>ServiceNow, SmartSheet, Lucid chart experience is a plus</li> <li>BlueCherry ERP experience</li> </ul>
