Must be able to effectively articulate views both within the Bank and externally in the marketplace.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="vertical-align: baseline; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to form effective client relationships.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="vertical-align: baseline; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Established credit, industrial, and risk acumen.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="vertical-align: baseline; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven ability to prioritize competing demands.</span></li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal" style="vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The hiring range for this position is $180,000 to $225,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
