About the role
<p>We are supporting a leading institutional-grade RWA (real-world asset) DeFi protocol focused on tokenized credit, real-yield products, and fully collateralized, composable primitives. Emphasis is placed on robust risk management, on-chain transparency, legal structuring, and credit enhancement to meet the standards of traditional financial institutions.</p>
<p>They are looking for a Fund Operations person to lead the go-to-market and ongoing operations of wealth management products, bridging product, sales, and marketing. This role focuses on positioning, distribution, and performance optimization of financial products through data-driven marketing strategies and close collaboration with internal teams.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead marketing and promotional activities for the company’s wealth management products.</li>
<li>Work closely with product and sales teams to achieve sales targets for wealth management offerings.</li>
<li>Analyze market demand and design effective product promotion strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor sales performance and market feedback, making adjustments and optimizations as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in wealth management product operations or financial marketing.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of financial products and customer needs.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and marketing execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.</li>
