We are looking for a Team Lead of </span><span class="ql-author-3369561">Curriculum Development and Teaching Management</span><span class="ql-author-3369561"> who has solid Singapore ' s education curriculum to join our dynamic team to strengthen our product line.</span></p> <p class="ql-direction-ltr ql-long-3369561">The&nbsp;<strong>Future Leadership Development&nbsp;</strong><strong>Program</strong> is a specialized fast track for fresh graduates (either in Bachelors' Degree or Masters' Degree) to take on different projects and work challenges to prepare them in becoming future leaders in the Edtech sector. You will be given opportunities to participate in a broad range of internal programs. These programs are specifically designed to equip you with in-depth business knowledge, technical skills, and interpersonal skills.</p> <p class="ql-direction-ltr ql-long-3369561"><strong class="ql-font-microsoftyahei ql-author-3369561"><u>What You Will Do:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li class=""><span class="ql-author-3369561">Manage and review content for Mathematics ensuring alignment with Singapore ' s MOE curriculum and examinations (N2-K2, AEIS, PSLE)；</span></li> <li class=""><span class="ql-author-3369561">Closely monitor students ' progress through regular visits to learning centres；</span></li> <li class=""><span class="ql-author-3369561">Participate in course product design / management discussions ( e . g . curriculum / webinars / subject activities )；</span></li> <li class=""><span class="ql-author-3369561">Teaching preparation, pre-class preparation, course delivery (inspiring students' interest in learning, cultivating students' learning habits, answering students' questions in time)；</span></li> <li class=""><span class="ql-author-3369561">Feedback on student's learning situation (timely feedback to parents about the student's learning situation, summarizing learning issues and proposing study suggestions)；</span></li> <li class=""><span class="ql-author-3369561"> Other office management and ad-hoc responsibilities.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong class="ql-font-microsoftyahei ql-author-3369561"><u>How You Can Be Qualified:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li class=""><span class="ql-author-3369561">Bachelor ' s degree or above;</span></li> <li class=""><span class="ql-author-3369561">Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry .
