You will have the chance to receive world-class teacher training and be part of an internationally-focused educational platform.   Internship Details: <ul> <li class="">This is a fully on-site internship program, ideal for students who are passionate about education and aspire to become Math Teachers</li> <li class="">Structured Training: Take part in our 7 days Training Program, a hands-on learning experience covering teaching techniques, public speaking, and classroom management — all designed to help you grow and shine as an educator. </li> <li class="">After the 7 days training, a final assessment will be held to determine your suitability for the teaching role. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll explore other roles that better match your strengths.</li> <li class="">Growth: Throughout the program, you’ll be guided by a mentor who will support your learning journey, share insights, and help you reach your full potential.</li> </ul>   Responsibilities: <ul> <li class="">Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform. </li> <li class="">Deliver effective instruction based on Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines. </li> <li class="">Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students, encouraging interaction and collaborative learning. </li> <li class="">Regularly track and evaluate student performance, offering timely and personalized feedback to both students and their parents. </li> <li class="">Review and grade assignments, providing additional academic support when necessary. </li> <li class="">Take part in other teaching-related tasks, such as administering diagnostic assessments for new students. </li> </ul>   Qualifications: <ul> <li class="">Open to final-year students from all academic backgrounds.</li> <li class="">English Proficiency: Strong command of English in all areas—reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Candidates must be able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring smooth interaction with students and colleagues.</li> <li class="">Maths Procifiency: A minimum grade of B (or equivalent) in SPM Mathematics (or similar qualification) is required</li> <li class="">Passion for Education: Must have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with children, along with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building meaningful relationships with students and parents. </li> </ul>   Schedule: 5 days a week (Mon- Fri)   Location: LRT Kerinchi (Easy Accessibility) Level 09, Lot L01,  The Horizon, Tower 2A, Avenue 8, 8 Jalan Kerinchi,  59200 Kuala Lumpur   Expected Start Date: January 2026
