FX Product Manager

We’re looking for an FX Product Manager to:

 

• co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle
• lead and drive FX product initiatives iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
• act as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
• ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)

• Collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive product testing—such as UX assessments, end user testing, and research analysis—to gather valuable insights and confirm launch readiness prior to market entry.

• support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
• ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, ...)
• For the right candidate the option to take on team lead responsibilities and guide other Product Managers in their career development.

Requirement:

• At least 8-10 years of Product Manager or Business Analyst experience in an Agile delivery model within the financial industry.
• Sound understanding of Trading is highly desirable, preferably in the FX space
• Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technical experience with trading applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• Attitude to own and drive the changes from inception to roll-out
• Setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
