Game Producer, Event - Wild Rift (Contractor)

You’re curious, collaborative, and not afraid to challenge conventions in pursuit of better player experiences.</p> <p>That's where you come in.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As a <strong>Game Producer, Events</strong> on the <em>Wild Rift</em> team, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality in-game events that resonate with players. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including design, art, engineering, product, and QA—to bring event experiences from concept to launch. You’ll also act as a bridge between player sentiment and development, ensuring that what we ship reflects real player needs and continuously improves over time.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>What You’ll Do:</h2> <ul> <li>Design and deliver diverse in-game events aligned with patch themes, product goals, and player motivations.</li> <li>Drive end-to-end execution of event features, from concept and documentation to implementation and launch.</li> <li>Partner with QA and development teams to proactively identify issues and ensure a high-quality player experience.</li> <li>Analyze event performance and player behavior, generating insights and actionable recommendations for future improvements.</li> <li>Monitor player feedback across channels, synthesize key learnings, and collaborate with stakeholders to address pain points.</li> <li>Continuously raise the bar on event quality, player engagement, and operational excellence.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Required Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in game design, game production, or product management.</li> <li>Strong familiarity with competitive multiplayer games, especially mobile MOBAs (e.g., League of Legends: Wild Rift, Honor of Kings, or similar PvP titles).</li> <li>Solid understanding of player motivations and live game event design.</li> <li>Fluent in Mandarin.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Desired Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li>Experience owning features or systems through a full development lifecycle (concept → launch → iteration).</li> <li>Proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.</li> <li>Fluency in English.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please include both your resume and a cover letter.
