Game Producer, Live Experience - Wild Rift (Contractor)

You are organized, collaborative, and able to support live operations in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</p> <p>That's where you come in.</p> <p>As a <strong>Game Producer, Live Experience (Contractor)</strong> on the Wild Rift team, you will support the Live Experience team in executing day-to-day live operations for the RoW (Rest of World) regions. You will work closely with product, design, operations, and QA teams to ensure in-game operational content is configured, delivered, and launched accurately and efficiently, helping provide a stable and high-quality player experience.&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Support day-to-day live operations execution for Wild Rift RoW regions, including in-game events, rewards, and mail configuration and delivery.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain operation whitepapers, execution documents, and related operational configuration documentation.</li> <li>Support patch-related operational work, including event setup, reward distribution, and other live operation tasks.</li> <li>Coordinate and track in-game banner/key art (“face image”) related requests and support publishing workflows.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and operations to ensure operational content is delivered on time and with quality.</li> <li>Assist in reviewing operational configurations, tracking issue resolutions, and supporting day-to-day live service stability.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in the game industry or related fields.</li> <li>Strong execution skills, sense of ownership, and communication abilities.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel tasks.</li> <li>Familiar with basic game operation workflows and has an understanding of game event operations.</li> <li>Passion for games.</li> <li>Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.</li> </ul> <h2>Desired Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li>Experience in game live operations execution or event configuration is a plus.</li> <li>Experience supporting mobile game operations is a plus.</li> <li>Basic English reading, writing, or communication skills are a plus.</li> </ul> <p>Please include both your resume and a cover letter.
