You’ll be responsible for building systems, mentoring engineers across gameplay and tools, and ensuring technical excellence throughout the pipeline. You will collaborate closely with design, art, and production teams to deliver innovative, performant, and scalable solutions. You will assist the Development Director in mentoring engineers, establish best practices, and help bridge high-level vision with hands-on engineering. font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">History of shipping at least one AAA or large-scale AA title in a senior or principal engineering capacity </span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in C++ or C# </span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
