About the role
HeadPinz Naples is looking for GameZone Attendants to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and delivering great guest experiences, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with game cards, ticket redemption, and navigating the GameZone
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the GameZone and prize counter
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on arcade games
- Provide friendly and attentive guest service
- Explain promotions, game packages, and special offers
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and customer-focused personality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic troubleshooting or mechanical skills are a plus but not required
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
