Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through live chat professionally.
- Provide end-to-end guidance and basic troubleshooting for users.
- Help users adopt new features by preparing simple, clear educational content (PowerPoint).
- Escalate unresolved or technical issues to the appropriate support.
- Stay updated on product changes to deliver accurate information.
Team & Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Customer Service Manager.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product & Tech Support Teams.
Must Have
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written); other dialect is a bonus.
- Strong written communication skills.
- At least a Bachelor degree.
Nice to Have
- 1+ year in customer service, tech support, or chat-based roles.
- Experience creating basic instructional material (e.g., PowerPoint slides).
