Our teams focus on delivering innovative solutions and services that power our customers' most demanding applications and enable them to extract powerful insights from data that drive true business value.  &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Consultant to help design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI solutions leveraging AWS services and modern AI engineering practices. This individual will work closely with clients, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to implement scalable AI-driven applications focused on automation, conversational AI, and intelligent workflows.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, and Prompt Engineering, along with experience translating business requirements into practical GenAI solutions.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and implement generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock</li> <li>Develop serverless AI workflows and integrations utilizing AWS Lambda</li> <li>Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality prompts for LLM-based applications</li> <li>Build and enhance AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and automation platforms</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recommend AI-driven strategies</li> <li>Integrate foundation models and APIs into enterprise applications and workflows</li> <li>Conduct prompt testing, tuning, and evaluation to improve model performance and response quality</li> <li>Support architecture discussions, solution design, and AI best practices</li> <li>Assist with proof-of-concepts (POCs), demos, and customer workshops</li> <li>Ensure security, scalability, and operational excellence across AI solutions</li> <li>Stay current on emerging GenAI, LLM, and cloud technologies</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock</li> <li>Experience building serverless applications with AWS Lambda</li> <li>Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering methodologies and LLM optimization</li> <li>Experience integrating APIs and cloud-native services within AWS</li> <li>Knowledge of generative AI concepts, foundation models, and conversational AI</li> <li>Experience developing AI-driven applications or intelligent workflows</li> <li>Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages</li> <li>Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model limitations</li> <li>Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)</li> <li>Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings</li> <li>Exposure to Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, or conversational AI platforms</li> <li>AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, or Developer Associate)</li> <li>Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks</li> <li>Consulting or customer-facing delivery experience&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Equal Employment Opportunity:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Redapt&nbsp;is an equal opportunity employer.
