📌 What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep our numbers in check by recording monthly transactions accurately in the accounting system
• Make sure everything runs smoothly and in line with Vietnamese regulations & company policies
• Track, review, and reconcile bank transactions, payments, receivables & payables — no detail is too small for you
• Handle VAT invoices and support asset management & inventory checks when needed
• Take charge of tax declarations and finalizations (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, etc.) with confidence
• Support accounting work across different branches — a great chance to broaden your exposure
• Prepare clear and timely internal financial reports to support decision-making
• Jump in on ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with the team whenever needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and Vietnamese tax regulations
• Good command of English (both written & spoken)
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and other office tools
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
• Careful, responsible, and able to work independently
