About the role
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in administrative, warehouse, clerical, or related environments.
- Experience in high‑volume physical operations or records management settings.
Responsibilities:
- Transport, retrieve, and return Government records within a large underground storage facility.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull carts or boxes of files weighing up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis.
- Walk substantial distances, climb ladders, bend, squat, and perform other physical activities required to access shelving and records.
- Follow written, oral, or diagram instructions to execute daily tasks with precision.
- Maintain punctual and consistent attendance while meeting productivity and accuracy requirements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid reading and keyboarding abilities.
- Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Ability to apply common‑sense understanding to follow multi‑step instructions.
