General Maintenance

Job Details
This is a per diem position Friday and Saturday Nights 11PM-7AM
The General Maintenance Technician supports hospital operations by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Monitor and work with the Building Management System (BMS)
- Replace belts on air handling units
- Clear drains and replace filters
- Assist with snow removal and general facility maintenance
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3–4 years of maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and power plant operations
- Valid driver's license

Posted Salary Range
Starting from USD $34.00/Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
