<p>We're looking for a leader with genuine general management experience — someone who has owned a P&L, built teams, and driven growth with commercial rigour. This role demands entrepreneurial ambition, sharp analytical thinking, and the credibility to represent Bolt externally with regulators, partners, and media.</p>

<li><point>Maintain strong marketplace health — driver supply, pricing competitiveness, ETAs, and rider experience</point></li>
<li><point>Build and develop a top-tier local team with a culture of ownership and continuous improvement</point></li>
<li><point>Drive driver engagement: competitive earnings, quality support, loyalty programmes, and partner relationships</point></li>
<li><point>Improve rider satisfaction, reliability, and retention through data-driven initiatives</point></li>
<li><point>Represent Bolt with regulators, public affairs, and local media — shape the operating environment, don't just react to it</point></li>
<li><point>Identify and pursue partnerships and business development opportunities that extend Bolt's market position</point></li>

<li><point>Track record of building and leading high-performing teams</point></li>
<li><point>Excellent stakeholder and external communication skills</point></li>
<li><point>Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat the business as your own</point></li>
<li><point>Fluent English; Estonian is a meaningful advantage</point></li>
<li><point>Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating across global and local contexts</point></li>
