Can you drive sales and provide exemplary customer service? <strong>Sud Stop Car Wash</strong> is looking to hire a <strong>General Manager </strong>to join our team in<strong> Jacksonville, FL </strong>and it could be you!</p> <p>The annual salary for this position is <strong>between $65,000 - $75,000 </strong>based on experience plus<strong> bonus eligibility</strong>! This role is the <strong>on-site CEO</strong> — accountable for people, performance, and profitability. <strong>You’ll build a high-energy team, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and operate the wash like it’s your own business.</strong></p> <p>As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery, and profitability.&nbsp;</p> <p>Leading by example and demonstrating our CORE values, you'll directly impact our company's growth and success. If this is the right opportunity for you, apply today!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GENERAL MANAGER</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree Required - Business Administration Degree preferred.&nbsp;Associate’s Degree or equivalent hands-on management experience accepted.</li> <li>3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume management (QSR, retail, automotive, car wash, or similar).</li> <li>Demonstrated P&amp;L ownership and data-driven decision making.</li> <li>2+ years of management experience (i.e., car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)</li> <li>Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate hourly teams.</li> <li>Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning tunnel equipment.</li> <li>Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications</li> <li>Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation</li> <li>Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods in various weather conditions outside</li> <li>Able to operate POS and other typical office machines</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Experience in a leadership role at a car wash is highly preferred. We seek someone who can prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment.
