IN PERSON<br><strong>Compensation: </strong>$135-$155K Base + 20-40% Bonus + Carry<br><strong>Company: </strong>Industrial Private Equity Roll-up (home services). This is a national company executing a roll-up strategy in need of General Managers and regional leadership.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>Lead operations and business development initiatives to drive growth and execute strategic goals. Work directly with senior leadership to implement tech solutions, manage $3-10M P&amp;L, and identify new opportunities within your market.
