<p>The General Manager – India will lead and scale the India operations for a high-growth Salesforce consulting and implementation business. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring delivery excellence, building high-performing teams, and strengthening the company’s presence as a trusted Salesforce partner in the region and globally.<br><br>This leader will operate at the intersection of sales, delivery, and operations, ensuring alignment between client acquisition, project execution, and long-term customer success. This role will report to the EVP of Professional Services.</p>

<p><strong>1. Business & Revenue Growth</strong><br>- Drive new business development in partnership with global sales teams<br>- Expand existing client accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies<br>- Build strategic relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders</p>
<p><br><strong>2. Salesforce Practice Leadership</strong><br>- Lead and scale Salesforce consulting capabilities across clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.)<br>- Ensure high-quality solutioning aligned with Salesforce best practices and certifications<br>- Partner with global leadership to define GTM strategies and offerings</p>
<p><br><strong>3. Delivery Excellence & Operations</strong><br>- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation projects<br>- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget<br>- Establish delivery governance, quality assurance, and risk management frameworks<br>- Drive utilization, forecasting, and operational efficiency</p>

Talent & Organizational Leadership</strong><br>- Build, lead, and retain a high-performing team of consultants, quality assurance consultants, developers, and solution architects, etc. <br>- Develop hiring strategies to scale capabilities in India<br>- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning</p>

Client Success & Stakeholder Management (60% Billable Util Goal)</strong><br>- Act as a Senior Consultant delivering billable work for key client engagements<br>- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and long-term partnership growth<br>- Resolve escalations and manage complex stakeholder environments</p>

<p>-10+ years of experience in consulting, with strong exposure to Salesforce ecosystem<br>- Deep expertise in Salesforce implementation methodologies and delivery models<br>- Experience working in global delivery models (onshore/offshore)<br>- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders</p>
