We are adding to our motivated team that pride themselves on being client-focused, biased to action, improving together, and insistent on excellence and integrity.</p></div><p>Assembly Health is seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager for our SNF RCM Division with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, building the operating infrastructure required to scale, driving strong <strong>P&amp;L performance</strong>, improving <strong>customer satisfaction and retention, and building a strong ‘results-driven’ culture</strong>. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in growth environments and knows how to translate vision into disciplined execution within a private equity-backed or growth-stage environments.</p> <p>This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our Chief Operating Officer (COO).</p> <p><strong><u>What You Will Do</u></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Planning, Execution &amp; Growth</strong> <ul> <li>Develop and execute strategic plans that align with company strategy and financial goals</li> <li>Partner with the COO to design and implement the infrastructure organization design, process maturity, and technology enablement required to scale</li> <li>Implement data-driven performance management through dashboards and KPIs, driving accountability for outcomes</li> <li>Serve as a thought partner to the senior leadership team on performance management, operating rhythm, and investment priorities</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Financial Management</strong> <ul> <li>Own and deliver on P&amp;L, revenue, gross margin and EBITDA targets</li> <li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial discipline to ensure financial health and profitability</li> <li>Provide regular financial and operational updates and performance reports to the senior leadership team via Monthly Operating Reviews and other means</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Revenue Cycle Management Operations</strong> <ul> <li>Oversee day-to-day RCM operations to ensure productivity, quality, client and employee engagement outcomes meet or exceed expectations</li> <li>Implement data-driven performance management through dashboards and KPIs, driving accountability for outcomes</li> <li>Continuously identify areas for process improvements and opportunities to scale the business unit and implement changes to enhance overall performance</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Customer Satisfaction &amp; Relationship Management</strong> <ul> <li>Champion customer satisfaction and retention across all clients.</li> <li>Anticipate and proactively address churn risks</li> <li>Build senior-level relationships with key accounts and represent the division in executive-sponsor programs</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>People &amp; Culture</strong> <ul> <li>Build and lead a team that combines operational rigor with customer focus</li> <li>Define the org structure, success profiles, and development plans required for scale</li> <li>Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Develop next-generation leaders and drive engagement across the division</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Sales &amp; Marketing</strong> <ul> <li>Partner with sales and marketing to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract new customers</li> <li>Provide subject-matter expertise during sales pursuits and renewals</li> </ul> </li> <li>Other duties as assigned or required by the business</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What it takes to join the team</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>8 to 10+ years of progressive RCM experience, specifically within the SNF industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or GM role.</li> <li>Proven success owning and growing a $10M+ P&amp;L within a PE-backed or growth-stage environment</li> <li>Experience designing and implementing scalable operating models and automation-enabled processes</li> <li>Strong understanding of Skilled Nursing reimbursement systems, payer policies, and revenue cycle KPIs</li> <li>Experience working with an offshore business model and global partners</li> <li>Ability to function well in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and at times stressful environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$225,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$275,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
