Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our clients with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, bilingual, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence.
- Task Coordination: Track projects, ensure timely task completion, and maintain organized documentation.
- Data Management: Update spreadsheets, prepare reports, and perform accurate data entry.
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and deliver excellent service via email, chat, or phone.
- Social Media Support (Optional): Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and assist with content creation.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide flexible assistance tailored to evolving client needs.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote role.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and [Second Language].
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana).
