Designation: Generalist - HR

Supervisor: HR Manager, India Roles & Responsibilities: The role will be responsible for handling entire employee life cycle (entry to exit) and assist in all other HR activities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Track and assist in ensuring timely completion of background verification checks in coordination with the vendor.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees
- Assist in Payroll and Statutory reports/Payments- monthly inputs and coridnation with payroll vendors.
- Assist in Compensaton review cycles.
- Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Maintenance of leave records and monitoring on quarterly basis on HRMS (BambooHR)
- HRMS Updation (BambooHR)
- Assist in HR Update deck preparation
- Create and maintian employee documents
- Track and maintain HR related vendor payments & agreements
- Monthly Insurance Addition Deletions (GMC, GPA, GTL)
- Assist is annual renewal of various employee related insurances.
- Understand the various statutory compliances applicable to the location and anchor statutory compliances activities for 100 % compliance. Co-ordinate and seek assistance from statutory compliances consultant. Process application for renewal of licenses, various statutory returns to be filed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master in Business Administration (MBA) with at least 9-10 years of relevant experience in handling HR generalist/Business Partner role
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of MS office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
