Position Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize our dialer system to initiate outbound calls to potential leads and present our energy solutions.
- Engage and build rapport with prospective clients to identify their needs and interests.
- Record and maintain detailed information about leads and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to effectively hand off qualified leads.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using technology and CRM tools.
- Availability to work full-time hours in the specified schedule.
