Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Create a dynamic learning environment that fosters geographical understanding, critical thinking, and a global perspective.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their geographical development.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Geography department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay updated on the latest geographical advancements and pedagogical approaches.
Ideal Candidate:
- A strong passion for Geography and the ability to convey its relevance to real-world issues.
- A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
