The Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons to students in KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Plan and implement differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Geography curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Geography department.

Candidate Profile:

• Hold a relevant degree in Geography or a related field.
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Geography curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
