<p><strong>Mid-Level GEOINT Analyst (Operations Specialist)</strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">Clearance Required:</span><strong><span data-contrast="none">&nbsp; Current TS/SCI</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Location:&nbsp; <strong>Charlottesville, VA&nbsp;</strong><br></span></p> <p>Allen Integrated Solutions (AIS) is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level GEOINT Analyst to support mission-critical intelligence operations within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and broader Intelligence Community (IC). The selected candidate will provide GEOINT analysis, operational support, intelligence production, and mission integration in support of time-sensitive operational requirements and strategic intelligence objectives.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct GEOINT analysis using imagery, geospatial data, multi-INT information, and operational reporting to support mission requirements.</li> <li>Exploit and analyze geospatial intelligence data to identify patterns, activities, infrastructure, and operational trends.</li> <li>Produce high-quality intelligence products, briefings, reports, and visualizations for operational and strategic customers.</li> <li>Support time-sensitive intelligence operations and provide analytical support to watch centers, operational cells, and mission management teams.</li> <li>Integrate GEOINT with other intelligence disciplines including SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, and OSINT to provide fused intelligence assessments.</li> <li>Utilize NGA and IC analytical tools, databases, and visualization platforms to support mission execution.</li> <li>Collaborate with Government personnel, mission partners, and cross-functional analytic teams to ensure synchronized operational support.</li> <li>Provide written and verbal briefings to senior leaders and mission stakeholders.</li> <li>Maintain awareness of emerging geopolitical, military, and mission-relevant developments impacting assigned areas of responsibility.</li> <li>Support quality assurance processes and adhere to NGA tradecraft standards and analytical methodologies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI clearance required; CI Polygraph preferred or ability to obtain.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of relevant GEOINT, intelligence analysis, military intelligence, or operational support experience.</li> <li>Experience supporting NGA, DoD, Intelligence Community, or combatant command operations.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to conduct imagery analysis, geospatial analysis, and intelligence reporting.</li> <li>Experience with GEOINT exploitation tools, geospatial databases, and analytical visualization platforms.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing experience.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively within team environments.</li> <li>Ability to support rotating shifts, surge operations, or high-tempo mission requirements as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting watch operations, time-dominant intelligence missions, or operational intelligence centers.</li> <li>Familiarity with structured observation management, activity-based intelligence, or object-based production methodologies.</li> <li>Experience with data analytics, visualization, and geospatial modeling tools.</li> <li>Military intelligence background or prior operational deployment experience.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Intelligence Studies, Geography, International Affairs, Political Science, Computer Science, or related field preferred.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
