Executive Position - Compensation Manager (Latam)
We are seeking senior-level professionals (Senior Manager) with solid experience in complex and multicultural corporate environments.
Develop and lead the compensation strategy across Latin American countries, aligned with market best practices and the organization’s strategic goals.
Conduct market analyses, salary benchmarks, and trend studies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Manage and optimize employee benefits programs, enhancing value for employees and alignment with company culture.
Advise business leaders and HR teams on salary planning, promotions, adjustments, and recognition programs.
Ensure legal compliance and consistent application of compensation policies across all Latam countries.
Proven experience in large-scale organizations with high operational complexity.
Deep expertise in compensation practices across Latin America.
Availability for periodic travel within the LATAM region.
Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
Work base: São Paulo – on-site model.
