As a consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in utilizing our software to enhance their online security and protect their digital assets.

In this role, you will deliver personalized support to our clients, conducting product training and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients achieve the maximum benefit from our software offerings, fostering strong and lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries and support related to our online security software
• Conduct tailored product training sessions and demonstrations to optimize software utilization
• Diagnose technical problems and provide effective solutions and guidance
• Keep thorough records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions
• Work collaboratively with product and technical teams to address client feedback and enhance user experience
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in online security technologies

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-service mindset with a strong ability to empathize with client needs
• Basic understanding of online security software and concepts is preferred, but not required
• Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in consultancy or tech support, is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• A genuine interest in technology and online security best practices is beneficial
