In this vital Entry Level role, you will assist German-speaking clients in effectively managing their events and streamlining their ticketing processes. Your expertise will help ensure that clients achieve their attendance objectives and provide memorable experiences for their audiences.

As a consultant, you will work directly with clients, guiding them through the intricacies of setting up their events and optimizing ticket sales. Your fluent German communication skills will be essential in building strong client relationships and delivering tailored support tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries regarding our online ticketing and event services
• Guide clients in setting up events and optimizing their ticket sales
• Provide training on platform features and best practices for successful event promotion
• Troubleshoot any technical issues and offer solutions to enhance client operations
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and enhance services offered
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the event and ticketing industry

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• Basic knowledge of online ticketing and event management principles is beneficial
• A customer-oriented approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer support or related industries is a plus, but not required
• A passion for event planning and ticketing technology is highly desirable
