German Speaking Customer Care Agent for Consumer Brands - Remote from Greece

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Care Agent to join our remote team based in Greece. In this role, you will represent renowned consumer brands, providing exceptional support and assistance to German-speaking customers. You will be the trusted point of contact, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from Greece, allowing you to create a comfortable and productive work environment tailored to your needs, all while contributing to enhancing the customer experience and fostering strong, lasting relationships between the brand and its clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and timely customer support in German, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order management, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Resolve complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in German (C1/C2) and an English proficiency level of B2 (both written and spoken) is mandatory;
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably supporting consumer brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
